vIndianz.com (20 Mar, 2010) — Microsoft is all geared up to unveil the latest version of its Office Suite, christened Microsoft Office 2010 in India this June. It is being believed that the latest version of the Office Suite will include online versions MS Word, Excel, Power Point and OneNote.
The upcoming launch of Microsoft Office 2010 is expected to signal the end of the Microsoft Works platform and works might be replaced by Office Starter 2010, a basic home productivity software, said a report. Microsoft Office 2010 would boast of a Refined Ribbon interface and Backstage View across all applications, a background removal tool, new templates, jump lists in Windows 7 and set if new animations in PowerPoint.
Microsoft had unveiled the beta version of the Office Suite in November 2009. Microsoft had launched its Windows Azure for the first time in India recently. The Azure is the software major’s offering in the cloud computing arena.
