Desert - Dry In Record Time!

Allkare provides emergency drying services for Residential and Commercial proerties following a flood.

Known as TES our unique water damage restoration system will dry most jobs in 30 hours or less.

TES - Thermal Energy System

TES™ (Thermal Energy System) accelerates the drying process to levels never before achieved. TES utilizes the "Reets Evaporation Method" which combines controlled heat and air flow to cause high-speed evaporation which dramatically improves the drying process.

What TES can do for you?

  • We can dry most jobs in less than 30 hours; including carpet, underpad, hardwood, walls and building structure.
  • Significantly reduce mold and structural damage in hours.
  • Our drying systems are more efficent and effective than any of our competitors.
  • Average drying time is 3-4 days

How does TES work?

  • The TES power plant generates a high temperature in a unique heat-exchange fluid. The fluid is then transferred using a high-volume pump through specially-designed insulated hoses to a Thermal Exchange (TEX) Box.
  • The TEX Thermal Exchanger receives the heated fluid and directs its energy (by air movers) to the wet areas, resulting in rapid evaporation.

Thermostatically controlled evacuation is an important element of rapid drying. As temperature and humidity build in the damaged area, a fan is regulated to evacuate saturated air to the outside. This process can be complimented with dehumidifiers and evaporative air-handling systems
