Toshiba has brought to India its new light weight Portege R700 laptops. The notebooks that come sporting a 13.3-inch screen also incorporates a unique ‘Airflow cooling Technology’ that helps in getting the external air into the laptop and circulate it.
This technology has been co-developed with chip maker Intel.
Running Intel Core i3 and Core i5 processors, the Portege has in its interiors up to 8GB of RAM. A built-in optical drive, a Hard Drive Impact Sensor are part of the features line up. The new notebook can run up to eight hours on a single battery charge.
The new light weight Portege R700 laptops are estimated to come for a price range of Rs 65,000 to Rs 75,000 depending on the system specifications, Toshiba has said.
