The security check post at Minogra was attacked when a suicide bomber drove into it exploding the truck. Two security personnel were among the 10 people killed in the attack. Witnesses have been quoted as saying that five cars were destroyed by the powerful blast.
The blast occurred just a stone’s throw away from the government circuit house where the army is put up and the district courts.
