(vIndianz, April24 2010): The manufacturing specifications of the Microsoft Windows 7 mobile phone, which was announced by the company at the Mobile World Congress in February this year, have been leaked by the Dutch website Tweaker.com.

The details of the phone were revealed when the website gained possession of a confidential Microsoft report named “Architecture Guide for Windows Phone OS 7.0” which contained data regarding the internal operations of the phone. However, certain observers say that the details revealed are only speculations and that the actual details would be revealed when the first Windows smartphone goes on sale.
According to the specifications, the phone will have an 800×480 resolution with a multi-touch screen. The phone will also be equipped with a “gesture interface”, WiFi, Bluetooth and a high RAM. Additional strategic changes to the phone are also likely in order to compete with Apple and Android phones.
Although Microsoft may also introduce a low-cost version of the Windows 7 phone, the pricing of the phone may not be very less. The company also plans to encourage users of the phone to sign up with Windows Live for a more personalized phone system, a tactic similar to the ones used by Google and Apple.
