(vIndianz, April 7 2010): Pakistani cricketer Shoaib Malik has admitted to have wedded Ayesha Siddiqui and on Wednesday, filed divorce papers. The move comes ahead of his planned marriage to Indian tennis star Sania Mirza.
The Siddiqui family on Sunday filed a police complaint against Malik over his plans to wed Mirza. The police had grilled Malik and seized his passport in this connection.
Ayesha had earlier alleged that Malik had married her in June 2002 and she accused him of subjecting her to cruelty and harassment . Malik is wed Sania Mirza on April 15.
