Mallika goes naked for Love Barack?

(vIndianz May 21 2010): Mallika Sherawat has always been hitting the news ever since her entry into films. Whether it’s the Bollywood or Hollywood, Mallika surely seems to know how to grab attention.


She was recently seen kissing a live snake at the Cannes Film Festival.
This time she hits the news with her upcoming Hollywood movie, ‘Love Barack’. She stars opposite ‘Avatar’ fame Laz Alonso in the film. The movie was unveiled at the Cannes Film Festival. The posters of the film exhibits Mallika and Laz Alonso, naked, draped under the American flag and holds the punch line, “politics makes strange bed fellows”. American filmmaker Doug Mc Henry directs the film. A political comedy that portrays Mallika, as Aretha Gupta, a volunteer on Obama’s team who falls for her republican counterpart, Alonso.
Mallika herself updated the poster on Twitter and she tweeted saying, “Hey, unveiled this Love Barack poster at our Cannes party. What do you think, tweeps?” Since then she has been overflowing with responses and criticisms from the tweeps. At the Cannes, Subhash Ghai commented that Mallika surely knew what is marketing and also with whom, when and how to be photographed.
She was present at the Cannes in a stunning golden dress. Mallika’s next movie, ‘Hisss’ in which she plays a snake women was also screened at the Cannes. Jennifer Chambers Lynch directs the movie.
