vIndianz.com (8 Mar, 2010) — It was as if the glitz, glamour and all things related to cinema descended at the Kodak Theatre. The 82nd edition of the Academy awards saw one of the best movies made during year 2009 walk away with the honors. Dubbed a near perfect war film, The Hurt Locker brought to its maker Kathryn Bigelow, making her the first woman to win the Academy Award for Best Director. Here are a few vignettes from the Kodak theatre, as the stars came down to the earth on a platform of acclaim.
